HOW IT ALL STARTED

Eighteen years ago, a life threatening car accident nearly claimed the life of my only son. I was told by the attending physician that he possibly might never walk again. If he did, it would take him two years to learn and he would always limp.

I watched the physician leave and I said to my son, "If you believe what he said, that is exactly what will happen to you. I suggest you get up and start moving and prove him wrong". I left and returned a few days later, and he was up and walking.

As a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist the knowledge that what you think you become, was an instinctive call to action.  My inner knowing became the driving force as I knew that we are designed to heal if we are running correctly, but how?

Then the dreams started at first I woke up really tired as if I had been to work all night, which of course I had.

The body came to me in sequences and it took me ages to work out what this meant. Slowly, Body Mechanics was born!
